Lyson Cave Paint Photochrome V3 Pigment inks for Epson Ultrachrome K3 printer models

A new edition to the Cave Paint range, the V3 inks were developed as a color matched replacement for the original Epson Ultrachrome K3 and K3 Vivid inks as used on the Epson Photo R2400, and the Pro 3800, 4800, 4880, 7800, 7880, 9800 and 9880. The color match is so close that Cave Paint V3 can be used with existing color profiles and driver settings. The V3 formulation is also freely mixable with the original inks so no printer flush out is required. Cave Paint Photochrome V3 uses advanced pigment resin technology to provide stunning color, and low bronzing on gloss and luster type media. As with the original inks, both Photo and Matte black ink versions are available. The V3 inks provide excellent printer reliability, and are supplied in ready to use wide format cartridges and in bulk bottles for the Ink2image range of bulk ink feed systems. Cost savings of between 50% and 70% compared to using original cartridges are normal when using Cave Paint Photochrome V3 inks. An interesting option for users of the older Pro 4800, 7800 and 9800 is to use the Cave Paint V3 vivid magenta and vivid light magenta inks in place of the standard magentas. This will provide the latest color performance without the need to invest in new equipment.
